Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Cute Face Cosmetics, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and safety.

1.Returns

  • Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2.Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.

3.Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact our customer care at 6272897007 within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will replace it immediately at no extra cost.

4.Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
